Life is busy. From kids and work, to extracurricular activities and household tasks, we’re all looking for ways to simplify, and create a more enjoyable life experience.
I think most of us can agree, that when something comes along that makes our lives a bit easier, we want to grab onto it, and never let go.
For me, Amazon Prime is one of those things.
Having the ability to quickly purchase everything my family needs, without even leaving the house, has completely changed the way I shop. From daily necessities like food and toiletries, to furniture, clothing, and even gifts, I’m able to find great deals, without stepping foot into a store.
Here are just a few of the ways Amazon Prime makes my life easier:
Great deals – Not only am I saving on the cost of gas and wear & tear on my car by shopping online, Amazon also offers fantastic prices (often lower than in stores) on many items I purchase each month. Additionally, I take advantage of the great digital coupons and other savings offers available, which helps to stretch my budget.
Risk-free purchases – Amazon offers outstanding customer service and a fantastic return policy. On the rare occasion that I have an issue with a purchase, it is dealt with swiftly, easily, and in a friendly manner.
Saves time – As a single mom, time is a precious commodity for me. Why would I want to drive all over town, with 4 kids in tow, to purchase the items my family needs? Amazon saves me the hassle, and allows me to do in minutes, what would normally take hours.
Happier family – I’m not someone who enjoys shopping, and my kids absolutely despise it. The fact that we don’t have to spend hours at the mall looking for clothing, furniture, and other items, makes us all happier, and allows us more opportunities to participate in activities that we do enjoy.
Wiser choices – With access to customer reviews, I am more informed about the products I buy. I don’t blindly make purchases that may or may not end up being what I expect. A bit of research is all I need to ensure I’m spending my money wisely. I’ve always found the reviews on Amazon to be helpful and accurate.
After more than 10 years as a happy customer, I didn’t think Amazon could impress me any more than they already have. That changed, recently, when Amazon announced they would be offering a discounted membership option aimed at low-income families and individuals, making Amazon Prime, and all of it’s benefits, more accessible to everyone.
